Amarisse comes from the Latin word Amare, meaning “to love.” It reflects the heart of my work — supporting women to look beyond self-criticism, reconnect with their true worth, and discover the peace, confidence, and wisdom that already exist within them.

Many of the women I support feel trapped in a cycle of mirror-checking, comparing themselves to others, worrying about judgment, and living with anxiety or low mood. Together, we explore a gentler way forward—one that helps you reconnect with your true worth, find greater peace of mind, and recognise that who you are is so much more than how you look.
The Heart of My Approach
My approach is grounded in the understanding that our experience of life is created from the inside out through Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. When we begin to see that our feelings come from the thinking we are experiencing in the moment, rather than from who we truly are, something starts to shift. Self-critical thinking loses its grip, and greater peace, clarity, and resilience naturally emerge.
Through thoughtfully designed guidebooks, journals, and digital resources, I offer gentle support for women who want to understand themselves more deeply, build confidence, create healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their true worth. Each resource is designed to encourage reflection, insight, and personal growth at your own pace.
Everything at Amarisse is created with care, compassion, and sensitivity. My hope is that every woman who arrives here feels seen, supported, and encouraged to discover the wellbeing, wisdom, and strength that already exist within her.

Thought influences how you see yourself from moment to moment. Recognising that thoughts are temporary and not a reflection of your true worth can soften self-criticism and open the way to greater self-acceptance.
