Hi, I’m Donna — and if you’re here, I want you to know I understand what it’s like to feel trapped by how you see your body.
I grew up a happy little girl, but at eight years old everything changed. One careless comment from a dentist and years of teasing about how I looked planted a painful belief that I was “less than.” At school I learned to hide — covering my nose and mouth, and worrying about what other people thought of me.
As I got older, the anxiety and shame grew. I avoided mirrors, I began picking at my own skin just to cope with the feeling that something was wrong with me. Later, when I had surgery to help me breathe better, the surgeon mentioned he might straighten my nose. But when the swelling went down, nothing really changed. That was a powerful lesson — surgery can’t heal the way we think and feel about ourselves. When we don’t address what’s going on inside, we often just move our focus to another “flaw.”
For years I tried everything to feel better. I dived into personal development — books, courses, NLP, hypnotherapy. They helped a little, but deep down I still felt stuck. Then I discovered an understanding called the Three Principles — Mind, Consciousness and Thought — and it quietly changed everything. I realised the critical voice in my head wasn’t truth; it was just thought passing through. Seeing that gave me space to breathe, rebuild my confidence and finally live with more ease and self-acceptance.
Today, I’m free from the constant worry about my body. I still have life’s ups and downs (we all do), but I no longer feel broken or controlled by anxiety. I’m calm, confident, and living a full life — something I once thought was impossible.
Now I use what I’ve learned to help other women who feel stuck in self-criticism and body image struggles. Through Amarisse Transformational Coaching I create guided journals and digital workbooks designed to quiet a busy mind, challenge limiting beliefs and build self-worth in a safe, gentle way. While my work is inspired by the Three Principles, I’m not here to teach theory — I’m here to walk beside you and help you discover peace and self-love in practical, everyday ways.

My Training and Professional Background
To better support the women I work with, I’ve invested deeply in my own growth and professional training.
I’m a Certified Transformative Coach Practitioner and hold advanced qualifications as a Master NLP Practitioner and Master of Hypnosis.
This training gives me practical tools to help you explore your inner world safely, calm anxious thinking, and move toward self-acceptance with clarity and compassion.
